The National Independence Festival of Creative Arts #NIFCA Literary Arts 2018 forms are available! This annual #artsfestival taking place in the last quarter of the year, is organized by the National Cultural Foundation of Barbados. Eligibility: Bajan Citizens globally and legal residents of Barbados.
For Carifesta XIII 2017, Barbados will play host to the roving, multi-disciplinary festival, for the first time since 1981 – from Thursday, August 17 – Sunday, August 27, 2017.
